Our head is very important to us and we must take good care of it. But the head cannot move by itself, it needs the neck. The neck is a delicate structure that has to support your 5-kilo head and still be flexible enough for movement. It is also where your nerves to the whole body pass and the nerves for the upper body until the chest emerge from here. Proper massage at the base of your head also known as medulla points helps you improve your health, beauty, and vitality. Just relax and lie down. Let the other person hold your head and massage the neck at the base of your head with their fingers and thumbs. Press in the hollow at the base of your skull. Continue for 3-5 minutes. You can also do it for yourself. This releases tension controls blood pressure and smoothens your cardiovascular and respiratory system energy flow. It also helps in Paralysis rehabilitation, nervous breakdown, relieving suicidal tendencies, depression, anxiety, fear, and other mental and psychological issues.
